Defense: While RICE optimizes for execution speed × audience impact, the homepage communicates strategic thesis to operators + external readers (target sellers, reviewers). Weighted-rubric score is the transparent, documented Soulfire evaluation framework (in specs/evaluation-criteria.md) — ordering by it builds credibility. RICE is useful as an internal prioritization tool for deal sequencing; put it in the rollup panel, not the leaderboard.
